The chartering Grand Lodge Officers were:
- John Lewis Hall – Grand Master
- Rodman Porter – Deputy Grand Master
- Edwin Larson – Senior Grand Warden
- Fletcher G. McQueen – Junior Grand Warden
- George W. Huff – Grand Secretary
The lodge is named for the city where the lodge meets.
Most Worshipful Lynn Pierce Blitch, Grand Master in 1980 was a charter member of this lodge.
Temple Terrace Lodge No. 330 had twenty-seven charter members who came from five other Florida Lodges and six from other states. Two charter members had received their degrees in Temple Terrace, U.D.
These Florida Lodges were Fellowship No. 265, DeSoto No. 105, A. W. Windhorst No. 185, John Darling No. 154, and Community Lodge No. 292. The other lodges were Cherokee No. 728 of Tennessee; Port Royal No. 242 of South Carolina; Ivy No. 397 of Pennsylvania; St. Tammany No 5 of Virginia; Star No. 187 of Ohio; and Advance No. 1039 of Illinois. One member came from each of these out of state lodges.
These Florida Lodges were Fellowship No. 265, DeSoto No. 105, A. W. Windhorst No. 185, John Darling No. 154, and Community Lodge No. 292. The other lodges were Cherokee No. 728 of Tennessee; Port Royal No. 242 of South Carolina; Ivy No. 397 of Pennsylvania; St. Tammany No 5 of Virginia; Star No. 187 of Ohio; and Advance No. 1039 of Illinois. One member came from each of these out of state lodges.
